Own Your Tools

$490 is the founding price, for the first 25 shops. After them the license is $700.
The first year of hosting is included. After that, a yearly platform fee of at most $99 a year, for hosting, security and updates. The exact amount is given in writing before anything is charged.
On the monthly plan, after the 12th payment the payments stop by themselves and the license is yours, the same as buying it outright. Pay off the rest any time: the months left at $49 each.
What moving over looks like
Import your client list from Jobber, Housecall Pro, QuickBooks, a spreadsheet or your phone contacts, and your price list too. You run the import yourself, in the app. Customers and prices only: jobs and invoice history are not imported.

- Export your client list.
Jobber's help page says an admin user can export the client list as a CSV or vCard file, and that client export is available on select plans. help.getjobber.com, “Export Client Information”, checked October 9, 2026.
- Import it. In Own Your Tools, open Customers, choose Import customers and pick the file. You check how its columns match, a customer you already have starts unticked, and only the customers you tick are saved, up to 5,000 at a time.
- Bring your price list. In Inventory, Import items reads a supplier price list or your own spreadsheet.
